IN EIGHTH GRADE, I WAS VOTED MOST LIKELY TO BE A THERAPIST 

Yep, you heard that right. I have been unintentionally helping people heal and recover since middle school. I have always had an innate drive to help others and always knew I wanted to be some type of healer, but I constantly doubted myself and never felt what I said actually mattered.

That was until early 2018 when "The Anxiety Healer" was born. as I started sharing more about my anxiety healing journey on Instagram, people from around the world became invested in my recovery, as well as my experience and expertise as a therapist.

I began sharing holistic healing remedies, cognitive techniques, and educational self-help stories to raise awareness about anxiety. From a small personal page, it evolved into a global community for anxiety sufferers, offering support and resources. In a few years, it became a hub for education and advocacy. Through my anxiety healing coaching programs, The Anxiety Chicks podcast, and The Anxiety Healing School, I leverage my expertise as a licensed therapist and fellow traveler on the path to recovery.

I grew up going ‘down the shore’ every summer. Avalon, NJ—the beach where my soul finds peace and serenity. The moment my feet touch the sand and the salty breeze kisses my skin, I feel a sense of calm wash over me. The rhythmic sound of the waves serves as a soothing symphony, reminding me that I am safe and grounded. Here, anxiety melts away, leaving only a deep sense of contentment and gratitude.
